Ordering online at Rivergum Timbers is a simple 3-step process.

Make your selection

Make your product selection and click on the Add to Order button. Each time you add an item, you will be taken to your Order Page where you can view the names, quantities, individual item prices and total price. Click on 'Product List' to continue shopping.

Check your items

Check your order carefully. You can adjust the quantity by selecting the appropriate box on the form, making the change and clicking the Update button. If you want to delete an item, simply insert a quantity of 0 and click on the Update button.

Please note that prices include GST but not freight. Freight costs depend on weight and distance and you will be notified of the expense.

Once you’re happy with your choices click on the 'Send Order' button.

Finalise your order

Fill out the Client Details form, making sure all information is correct, and then simply click on the 'Send Order' button.

A member of our staff will contact you by phone soon to inform you of any additional freight charges and to finalise payment. Confirmation of your order will be sent to the email address you provided.

Once payment has been confirmed, we will send your selection directly to your door.
